This dress stands out to me because it radiates religious kitsch and remindes me so much of Baz Luhrmann’s Romeo + Juliet. It possess a great feminine stregnth, showing that ‘girly’ and ‘bold’ aren’t mutually exclusive. It has a beautiful 1950s-esque scooped neckline at the front, and a V neckline at the back to show a little more off. It is 100% cotton, so perfect for an Australian summer and easy to wash.
